Entry-Level IT Sales Representative
Location: York, PA (Hybrid / Office & Remote Work)
Compensation: $40,000 Base Salary + Uncapped Commission

We help small and mid-sized businesses solve real problems related to data security, IT reliability, compliance, and productivity. We are looking for an energetic, coachable, and motivated Entry-Level Sales Representative to join our team and grow into a high-performing tech sales role.
This is an entry-level position ideal for someone with strong people skills and a desire to build a career in technology sales. You do not need prior experience in sales or IT, we will provide complete training, including access to top-tier MSP sales coaching programs.
As an Entry-Level IT Sales Rep, you will be responsible for prospecting, cold calling, setting appointments, and helping deliver presentations to business owners and decision-makers. You will work closely with our technical team and the company owner to develop your skills and eventually manage the entire sales cycle independently.
- Conduct cold calls, email outreach, and follow-ups to generate new leads
- Set appointments with qualified business decision-makers
- Use provided scripts and sales processes to handle objections and book meetings
- Qualify leads and document activities in our CRM
- Attend virtual and in-person sales appointments (with owner support)
- Deliver presentations and proposals for IT support and cybersecurity packages
- Follow up on all open opportunities and support proposal delivery
- Collaborate with the technical team on scopes of work and quoting
- Attend weekly check-ins and training sessions to improve skills
- Maintain a pipeline of prospects and hit monthly activity goals
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Self-starter with a strong work ethic and the ability to work independently
- Friendly, confident personality and willingness to talk to new people
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Basic computer skills (email, spreadsheets, CRM usage)
- Must be located within reasonable commuting distance of York, PA
- Customer service, hospitality, or retail background
- Previous inside sales, telemarketing, or appointment setting experience
- Experience in IT or technology (even if just personally or academically)
- Familiarity with Microsoft 365, antivirus, backup software, or cybersecurity concepts
- Interest in becoming a Sales Engineer, Account Executive
- Access to Sales Training (Cold calling, appointment setting, objection handling)
- Weekly coaching sessions with the owner and sales team
- Scripts, templates, and structured onboarding plan
- On-the-job training with opportunities to shadow technical team
- CRM and sales tools provided
- Base Salary: $40,000/year
- Commission: 10% of monthly recurring revenue (MRR) closed / paid monthly while the client remains active
